The focus groups participants (исследование проводилось среди студентов, специализирующихся в high-tech дисциплинах в  Carnegie Mellon University ) placed a high value on amenities and the environment of their choices of where to live and work. The focus group participants essentially balanced economic opportunities and lifestyle in selecting a place to live. They were not simply looking for a job - but a place where they could advance their carreer by moving among jobs, and that had a creative economy lifestyle... The participants defined amenities to include:

- Large numbers of visibly active young people
- Easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities
- A vibrant music and performance scene with wide range of live-music opportunities
- A wide range of night-life experiences, including many options without alcohol
- A clean, healthy environment and commitment to preserving natural resources of enjoyment and recreation
- A lifestyle thta is youth-friendly and supportive of diversity

Моя версия (старая, правда) на мотив гимна Советского Союза России петь "Сестра моя жизнь", а в качестве припева использовать державинского "Снегиря" или "На смерть Жукова" Бродского.
